SPOR SALONU tarafından açıklanan amaçlar kapsamında işlenen kişisel ve özel kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın 4(2) maddesindeki öngörülen ilkeler ışığında açık rıza temini suretiyle veya 5(2) ve 6(3) maddelerinde öngörülen durumların varlığı halinde, açık rıza temin edilmeksizin ve Kanunun 9. maddesindeki kurallar uyarınca, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu (“Kurul”) tarafından tespit edilecek yeterli korumaya sahip yabancı ülkeler ilan edildikten sonra, sadece bu ülkelerde yerleşik kişi ve kuruluşlara, yeterli korumanın bulunmadığı tespit ve ilan edilen ülkeler için ise, Türkiye’deki ve ilgili yabancı ülkedeki veri sorumlularının yeterli bir korumayı yazılı olarak taahhüt ettiği ve ilgili aktarım açısından Kurul’un izninin temin edilebildiği hallerle sınırlı olmak kaydıyla yurt dışına aktarılabilecektir.  

  1. Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi, Hukuki Sebebi ve Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz; üyelik sözleşmesi, başvuru formları, kamera görüntüleri, telefon kayıtları, tarafımıza ilettiğiniz şahsen verdiğiniz bilgiler ve kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarından gelen bilgiler vasıtasıyla toplanmaktadır.   

Kişisel verileriniz, açık rızanızın varlığı halinde bu sebebe sayalı olarak, açık rızanın olmadığı hallerde, Mevzuatta açıkça saklanmasının öngörülmesi, sözleşmelerin kurulması ve ifası ile doğrudan ilgili olması, bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması ve korunması, temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla SPOR SALONU’nun meşru menfaatleri için saklanmasının zorunlu olması veya  herhangi bir hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi için gerekli olması halinde saklanmaktadır.   

  1. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hakkındaki Kanun’un 11. maddesinde Sayılan Haklarınız:

Kanun’un 11. maddesi uyarınca, kişisel veri sahibi olarak, yazılı veya Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nun belirlediği diğer yöntemlerle SPOR SALONU’na başvurarak, kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, kişisel verileriniz işleniyorsa, kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, kişisel verileriniz yurt içinde veya yurt dışında üçüncü kişilere aktarılıyorsa, kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, kişisel verilerinizin Kanun ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme, kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde, zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.  

Bu madde kapsamındaki haklarınız ile kişisel verilerinizin güncelleme ve değişiklik taleplerinizi, noter aracılığı ile ve/veya kimlik doğrulamasının yapılmış olması kaydıyla şirket merkez adresine bizzat başvurmak suretiyle kullanmanız mümkündür. Şirket, talebin niteliğine göre talebinizi en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz (30) gün içerisinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracaktır. Ancak talep edilen işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kanun’un 13.
