No, absolutely not. Although Barre is inspired by the discipline of ballet, you do not need any dance experience or an advanced fitness background to participate. The classes are designed so that everyone, from beginner to advanced levels, can progress at their own pace. Our instructors modify the movements according to your physical capacity, offering a safe and effective experience.

You should opt for flexible sports clothes such as leggings, shorts, and t-shirts that allow you to move comfortably. Barre classes are not done with shoes; instead, non-slip socks (barre socks) are used to ensure balance and provide a better grip on the floor. Additionally, it is recommended to bring a water bottle to prevent dehydration during the intense workout and a small towel to wipe away sweat.
